24-hour broth

Rip the flesh off a supermarket rotisserie chicken, throw the carcass in a pot with some whole onions, heads of garlic, carrots and celery, and cover it with water. Bring to boil then simmer covered for 24 hours or so. Cook ramen in it and eat with garnishes such as corn, radishes, sprouts, flesh ripped from a supermarket rotisserie chicken.
